About Us

Two Box Hobbies was born from the pure love and passion for all remote control toys and it's a fun process - the building, the racing, the collecting and everything in-between.

As a remote control enthusiasts, we wanted to build a home for all your needs. At the time in Australia, it was difficult to source especially Tamiya kits and its spare parts in our local shops with limited options and quantities which meant shipping from overseas would be costly as well. We wanted to bridge the gap and bring all the products into Australia that were not just more convenience, but also affordable. 

So, in 2020 we were first trading on Facebook marketplace and start our business on eBay in 2021. It's starting in a garage of my home, I know it's small then created our first web-store in order to provide a real deal of pre-order. I know it isn't the most exciting story, but it is our story.
